Chocolate and coffee... coffee and chocolate. The deep, rich flavors of these two beloved treats are a match made in heaven! This divine chocolate and coffee delight - including white chocolate, mint flavored chocolate, iced or hot are scrumptious beverage at any time of the day.

1/2 oz. vanilla syrup (or two pumps)
4-6 ice cubes
1 cup 2% milk
2 shots of espresso
1 Tbsp.. heavy cream
Drizzle of chocolate syrup
Squirt or pour vanilla syrup into your glass or jar then place ice in the jar. Slowly pour milk over the ice.
Pull your shots of espresso and pour them over the milk. Drizzle cream and then chocolate over the top.
1 oz. Chocolate Mint Liqueur
6 oz. fresh, black coffee
Add the Chocolate Mint liqueur to your coffee, and stir well. Top generously with whipped cream and chocolate shavings for a hot chocolate drink unlike any other!
2 cups milk
1 cup half-and-half
2/3 cup white chocolate morsels
2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Whipped cream (optional)
Garnish: cinnamon sticks
Stir first 4 ingredients together in a small saucepan over low heat until white chocolate morsels are melted. Stir in vanilla and almond extracts; pour evenly into 4 mugs. Top with whipped cream, if desired. Garnish, if desired, and serve immediately.
Prep: 5 min.
Cook: 5 min.
Yield: Makes 4 cups
Preparation with ingredients:
In your blender put;
2 cups of crushed ice
1/2 cup of non fat EVAPORATED milk (that comes in a can)
1/2 cup of strong coffee
3 Tbsp. of Splenda (more or less to suit your taste) and blend until its slush.
Then add 2 cups of low fat sugar free chocolate ice cream. Blend until well incorporated and creamy. You may have to pause the blender and spoon the ice cream down some because the mixture gets very thick and may not blend the ice cream down to the bottom to mix well.

1 Tassimo Suchard Hot Chocolate T-Disc
Jet-Puffed® Miniature Marshmallows
Prepare one Maxwell House Café Collection French Vanilla T-Discin 1 cup heatproof glass measuring cup; pour evenly into two mugs. Set aside. Use same measuring cup to prepare one Tassimo Suchard Hot Chocolate T-Disc. Pour evenly into partially filled mugs; stir until well blended. Top with Jet-Puffed® Miniature Marshmallows, if desired.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
4 Tbsp. strong coffee dicoction
2 glasses of milk
4 – 6 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. grated chocolate
1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional)
Blend coffee, milk, sugar, ice and vanilla ice cream. Pour into into tall glasses and garnish with grated chocolate and serve.
I am always willing to try new flavored coffees as long I mix it in with some chocolate!
